How To Uninstall ripmake On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall ripmake just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ripmake

an automatic command line ripping makefile generator for transcodeUbuntu 16.10multiverse/graphics1.39-0.1
sudo apt-get remove ripmake

This will remove just the ripmake package itself.

Uninstall ripmake and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ripmake

This will remove the ripmake package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ripmake then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ripmake

Or similarly, like this ripmake

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ripmake
