How To Uninstall conjure-up On Ubuntu 16.10
To uninstall conjure-up just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just conjure-up
linuxhttp://installion.co.uk/ubuntu/yakkety/universe/c/conjure-up/uninstall/index.htmlPackage runtime for conjure-up spellsuniverse/admin2.0.1sudo apt-get remove conjure-up
This will remove just the conjure-up package itself.
Uninstall conjure-up and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove conjure-up
This will remove the conjure-up package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for conjure-up then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge conjure-up
Or similarly, like this conjure-up
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove conjure-up
