How To Uninstall eekboek-db-postgresql On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall eekboek-db-postgresql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eekboek-db-postgresql

PostgreSQL database driver for EekBoekUbuntu 16.10universe/perl2.02.05+dfsg-2
sudo apt-get remove eekboek-db-postgresql

This will remove just the eekboek-db-postgresql package itself.

Uninstall eekboek-db-postgresql and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eekboek-db-postgresql

This will remove the eekboek-db-postgresql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eekboek-db-postgresql then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eekboek-db-postgresql

Or similarly, like this eekboek-db-postgresql

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eekboek-db-postgresql
