How To Uninstall elpa-aggressive-indent On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall elpa-aggressive-indent just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-aggressive-indent

Emacs minor mode that reindents code after every changeUbuntu 16.10universe/lisp1.8.1-1
sudo apt-get remove elpa-aggressive-indent

This will remove just the elpa-aggressive-indent package itself.

Uninstall elpa-aggressive-indent and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-aggressive-indent

This will remove the elpa-aggressive-indent package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-aggressive-indent then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-aggressive-indent

Or similarly, like this elpa-aggressive-indent

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-aggressive-indent
