How To Uninstall elpa-elisp-slime-nav On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall elpa-elisp-slime-nav just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-elisp-slime-nav

sudo apt-get remove elpa-elisp-slime-nav

This will remove just the elpa-elisp-slime-nav package itself.

Uninstall elpa-elisp-slime-nav and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-elisp-slime-nav

This will remove the elpa-elisp-slime-nav package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-elisp-slime-nav then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-elisp-slime-nav

Or similarly, like this elpa-elisp-slime-nav

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-elisp-slime-nav
