How To Uninstall erlang-p1-pgsql On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall erlang-p1-pgsql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just erlang-p1-pgsql

Pure Erlang PostgreSQL driverUbuntu 16.10universe/libs1.1.0-2
sudo apt-get remove erlang-p1-pgsql

This will remove just the erlang-p1-pgsql package itself.

Uninstall erlang-p1-pgsql and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-p1-pgsql

This will remove the erlang-p1-pgsql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-p1-pgsql then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-p1-pgsql

Or similarly, like this erlang-p1-pgsql

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove erlang-p1-pgsql
