How To Uninstall r-cran-learnbayes On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall r-cran-learnbayes just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-learnbayes

GNU R functions for learning bayesian inferenceUbuntu 16.10universe/gnu-r2.15-3
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-learnbayes

This will remove just the r-cran-learnbayes package itself.

Uninstall r-cran-learnbayes and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-learnbayes

This will remove the r-cran-learnbayes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-learnbayes then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-learnbayes

Or similarly, like this r-cran-learnbayes

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-learnbayes
