How To Uninstall raidutils On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall raidutils just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just raidutils

Transition Package, raidutils to dpt-i2o-raidutilsUbuntu 16.10universe/admin0.0.6-21
sudo apt-get remove raidutils

This will remove just the raidutils package itself.

Uninstall raidutils and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove raidutils

This will remove the raidutils package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for raidutils then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge raidutils

Or similarly, like this raidutils

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove raidutils
