How To Uninstall tablet-encode On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tablet-encode just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tablet-encode

sudo apt-get remove tablet-encode

This will remove just the tablet-encode package itself.

Uninstall tablet-encode and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tablet-encode

This will remove the tablet-encode package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tablet-encode then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tablet-encode

Or similarly, like this tablet-encode

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tablet-encode
