How To Uninstall tcllib-critcl On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tcllib-critcl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcllib-critcl

Standard Tcl Library (CriTcl accelerators)Ubuntu 16.10universe/libs1.18-dfsg-3
sudo apt-get remove tcllib-critcl

This will remove just the tcllib-critcl package itself.

Uninstall tcllib-critcl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcllib-critcl

This will remove the tcllib-critcl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcllib-critcl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcllib-critcl

Or similarly, like this tcllib-critcl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcllib-critcl
