How To Uninstall tcpflow-nox On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tcpflow-nox just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpflow-nox

TCP flow recorder - version without X11 dependenciesUbuntu 16.10universe/net1.4.5+repack1-2
sudo apt-get remove tcpflow-nox

This will remove just the tcpflow-nox package itself.

Uninstall tcpflow-nox and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpflow-nox

This will remove the tcpflow-nox package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpflow-nox then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpflow-nox

Or similarly, like this tcpflow-nox

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpflow-nox
