How To Uninstall tcpwatch-httpproxy On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tcpwatch-httpproxy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpwatch-httpproxy

TCP monitoring and logging tool with support for HTTP 1.1Ubuntu 16.10universe/net1.3.1-2
sudo apt-get remove tcpwatch-httpproxy

This will remove just the tcpwatch-httpproxy package itself.

Uninstall tcpwatch-httpproxy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpwatch-httpproxy

This will remove the tcpwatch-httpproxy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpwatch-httpproxy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpwatch-httpproxy

Or similarly, like this tcpwatch-httpproxy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpwatch-httpproxy
