sudo apt-get remove trafficserver-experimental-plugins

This will remove just the trafficserver-experimental-plugins package itself.

Uninstall trafficserver-experimental-plugins and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove trafficserver-experimental-plugins

This will remove the trafficserver-experimental-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for trafficserver-experimental-plugins then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge trafficserver-experimental-plugins

Or similarly, like this trafficserver-experimental-plugins
