How To Uninstall tulip-dbg On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tulip-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tulip-dbg

Tulip graph library - debug symbolsUbuntu 16.10universe/debug4.8.0dfsg-2build4
sudo apt-get remove tulip-dbg

This will remove just the tulip-dbg package itself.

Uninstall tulip-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tulip-dbg

This will remove the tulip-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tulip-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tulip-dbg

Or similarly, like this tulip-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tulip-dbg
